Day 109: Draw Every Day in 2025

A pen and pencil drawing of a strange creature with a head of a cartoon child and the body of a stripey snake
Some random pen drawings, random patterns then shaded and added to (perhaps there is a flower with eyes, a egg shaped thing)

Today, I indulged in “Intuitive Drawing” part of a tutorial by KeshArt’s Drawing Camp (Chapter 2: Dynamic Drawing).

It’s fun to draw freely, with no real aim.

Day 108: Draw Every Day in 2025

A drawing of some kind of sea creature (?)

Today’s drawing is based on a tutorial by KeshArt’s Drawing Camp (Chapter 2: Dynamic Drawing). The idea was to draw with “flow” to let a shape develop with its own energy. I drew the strange creature, in ink, over the “scribbles” I’d drawn in pencil

Day 102: Draw Every Day in 2025

A pencil drawing of a lemon, a kingfisher and a teapot

Today’s drawing is based on a tutorial by KeshArt’s Drawing Camp (Day 3 of 100: shapes).
The first drawing (above) is the finished drawing. The second image shows the rough sketches  drawn, from reference photos, in under 10 minutes. I then spent a further 2 minutes on the lemon, 6 minutes on the kingfisher and 6 minutes on the teapot (total drawing time: 24 minutes)

This is the quick sketch of the lemon, kingfisher and teapot, sketched in less than 10 minutes

Day 100: Draw Every Day in 2025

A sketch of four objects: a mug, a water bottle, a chili pepper and a house

Today’s drawing is based on a tutorial by KeshArt’s Drawing Camp (Day 1 of 100).

The aim was to do rough sketches of four objects, from photos (four sketches in less than 10 mins). Above is a sketch I finished (a further 10 minutes). Below is the rough sketches I did in less than 10 minutes.
